  • More than 2 ounces = class 2 misdemeanor (3 – 12 months in county jail and a fine of up to $5,000)
  • Between 2 ounces and 5 lbs to a minor = class 4 felony (2 – 6 years in prison and a fine of $2,000 – $500,000)
  • More than 5 lbs to a minor = class 3 felony (4 – 12 years in prison and a fine of $3,000 – $750,000)
