Harboring a Minor, C.R.S. 18-6-601: #10 Castle Rock Little Known Law

It is a class 2 misdemeanor criminal law violation in Castle Rock to shelter a minor without permission, in violation of a custody order, if you fail to return the child to police, or assist the child to hide from police, or fail to notify the child’s parent of where the child is located.
